If you are aware of a
child in need or would like us to inquire about a specific child, please read
the information below and download your request for service form.

The
Ralph Caira Sr. Foundation will review all applications for assistance, where we
are a small charity that raises funds on a case by case basis, we will determine
if we are able to assist you based on the information supplied. Requests for
assistance on items resulting in donations over $10,000.00 may require 12 months
for planning and processing.

Our
general donations are in the amounts between $5,000.00 and $10,000.00. All funds
are generated through a 1 evening fundraiser in your Childs honor. We are
currently searching for a candidate to sponsor for the 2005 Event.

know of someone who does that may be interested in making donations as a
corporate sponsor? Send them our way, we will feature them on our website and in
our publications.
